NOBTS's fourth president, Dr. H. Leo Eddleman's wife, Sarah, started the Women's Auxiliary Board in 1963 to help women grow in theological knowledge to serve the church and evangelize the lost. Since then, the Women's Auxiliary has propelled hundreds of women forward into ministry settings worldwide.

Membership was introduced then for $1. Today, the 2024-2025 academic year fee is $25.00.
